I bought chromecast today and I have been unable to connect it using my UPC TC7200 router. It says that UPnP may be disabled or access point isolation may be a problem but i can't find anywhere in the router settings to change these. Any advice??

Check what channel your router is transmitting wifi on.

Advanced > Options > UPnP, to turn on/off UPnP on TC7200.

Doesn't give me that option only has "WLAN blocking" in Advanced > Options

Hmm, that's odd, here's what the page looks like for me.

Try something between 1-10 with little congestion. See if that works.

Don't know if this will help anyone but I had the same problem today with chromecast not working with my upc router. So following the advice above I found that if you go into your router settings and click on wireless that the 2.4ghz and 5ghz both had channel select on auto and both had picked channel 1. So I switched the 2.4 ghz to channel 6 and the chromecast starting working almost immeiately!

Thanks, this worked for me as well. I changed the channel to one with an "Acceptable" level of interference (4, in my case), and it worked straight away.
