    I have a small quantity of the aforementioned stocks .I wish to transfer them to another person. It says the following on the transfer form

    To sign under the power of attorney, you must have already lodged an original or certified copy of Power of attorney with the register, if you have not previously lodged this document for notation ,please attack it to this form when you return it.

    What I am looking to find out is how to do this

    Why not contact the Share Registrar (Computershare Investor Services, Tel +353 1 431 9832) and they'll explain what needs to be done. Transfer of ownership will most likely incur a fee charge.
