    Hi,

Can someone tell me if this is legal or within the boundries of law.

Currently there is a court date for maintanence for subject A who is not paying and hasnt done for 2 years, A has broke 2 court orders already and the current one is for an attachment of earnings, A was issued a summons 21 days before the court date, however a new summons has been issued to subject b regarding access for their child and has been attached to this court date.

Can this be done or is subject b not entitled to 21 days notice of this new part of the hearing?

    Thanks

To the best of my knowledge the minimum allowed time to serve a summons before date is 7 days

Isn't the shortest date you can get if you apply for short service 2 business days? Order 56 or something (I'm on touch site).
