    Hi,

The Garda called me in for a cautionary statement tomorrow night. My friend has to go to. however, he contacted a solicitor and she told him in noway to attend? I'm worried if I don't attend the Garda will come out and arrest me?

During xmas while on a night out I hit a person in the face with my fist, this person months before did something horrible to a family member. I saw this person and lost my temper, my friend go involved and hit a person he was with. The garda are saying it was an unprovoked attack on the night.

Should i go in for a "cautionary statement" or not?

    Thanks

Speak to a solicitor before you talk to the Gardaí.

Your here long enough to know legal advice is not allowed on this site.
