    Hi all,

How do I get this working from my Sky box? I need to do this to push the signal upstairs to my bedroom.

    Thanks

say exactly what you mean and the make of box, if its the new sky box with no rf out then you buy an io link.

system is a sky + HD box. I have over a year and I cannot get an output on two TV's from the areal connector from the back.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Which 'aerial connector' are you using? Maybe you had things working before with another Sky box? If so, did you retune the TVs when you got the new one?

No, before and now I have the down stairs TV running on the SCART connection. But i need to get the ariel connection working so I can run that upstairs.

what do I need to do?

    Thanks

What have you done already? Are the necessary cables in place?

You mentioned an 'aerial connector on the back': do you mean the connector on the TVs or the Sky box? If the latter, how is the connector labeled? (Aerial-in, RF1, or RF2.)

I called SKY. The RF outputs (2) aren't enabled on the newer SKY boxes. I enabled but still no joy. T

Does it have an RF2 output, with the newer receivers you have to add an I/O link - http://www.freetv.ie/twin-io-link.html

Not enabled? The RF outputs aren't there at all on the latest boxes: I was trying to get you to confirm what you meant by 'aerial connector' in earlier posts. 'Enabling' RF2 in the menu won't do anything, if the actual RF2 socket isn't present on your Sky box, but if you're bothering with that, you must have cable connected some way to the Sky box?

Anyway, all the menu option for RF2 power does, is switch on/off the power supply for 'magic eye' remote control sensor/sender units, & amplifiers. It has no effect on the picture & sound output.
