EcoBead Insulation

    We are hoping to get the ecobeads insulation done soon and I'm looking for recommendations if people have any around the North county area??

    Our house is freezing all day long even with the heating on :(

    External insulation is a far better system imho.
    It's more expensive but it's far more thorough.

    The UK's Energy Saving Trust discuss both options:
    Cavity wall insulation (EcoBead)
    Solid wall (External)

    I think the choice is mostly dependent on your wall type as opposed to personal preference, the savings for solid wall is pretty big but that will take into account that solid wall's lose more heat
