Hepatic diet

    Does anyone have any experience of having a dog on a hepatic diet and if so what sort of treats can be given.

    Also any suggestions on how to get them to take medication. She was taking it in food quite happily and then suddenly started picking around it. We've tried putting it into a carrot but she eats the carrot and spits it back out. We don't want to go down the road of forcing it into her mouth but it's vital to get them into her.
