wax removal help

    My two daughters bought Parissa no strips hot wax pot and have managed to let it go too cool on their bikini line and cannot remove it as it is rock hard :( any tips ASAP would be very appreciated:eek:

    Does it not just peel off? sorry if sounds unhelpful. Oil would work on warm wax, I think with hot wax you just yank it off.
