Turning a 'No Turn' Memory Foam Mattress

We have a good quality memory Foam Mattress,I find it comfortable and fine to sleep on,OH says she wakes up feeling a little sweaty in the mornings as she finds it warm and a little uncomfortable to sleep in,we have it around 3 years now.Our young daughter spilled milk on it which went down through the foam and try as we might there is a smell from that area of mattress even after lots of cleaning:(
OH suggested we turn the Mattress over and sleep on 'wrong side' and see what it's like!
Going to turn it tonight, with a memory Foam Mattress of that design would it be possible to sleep on that side without doing any harm to your back?
Will be a while till we can afford to replace it
    Thanks for any advice..

Turned the mattress back, was too hard to stick:)
Has anyone ever had experience of turning over a no turn mattress?
