A ghostly appearance visible in the background of Building Ireland tv show,featuring the town of Westport and the history of the textile industry. The figure jumps up twice from behind the bridge. I have attached a screen grab from the show but for a clearer impression watch the the video on the rte player from 11 minutes…

Is this a mistake in the editing or the removal of somebody from the video.??? Very odd.

Somebody better call Scooby Doo and the rest of the gang. Personally I'd say it's some jackass looking for his 2 seconds of fame but it does look odd.

It appears at the 11.14 mark.Looks like a kid jumping up and down.
