How low can fuel prices go?

    Brent crude oil price constantly dropping, so it does fuel in our forecourts.
    Makes me wonder what is lowest possible price in theory if wholesale oil prices drops to lets say 30$ per barrel? How much of current fuel price per litre is actual government taxes?
