Can't seem to do this, put in all my details to register after selecting my trip, have tried to register before purchasing too, nothing seems to work, wont let me register, have gone in through chrome & Firefox, doesn't seem to matter, anyone have a clue what's going on, has their site issues?

    Have you rang them?

No, do they sell train tickets over the phone at their online price?

I was hoping to use the online facility as it suits me better to do so, was just wondering if others have had similar experience

I just tried to go a decent bit of the way through booking an arbitrary journey there without any issue - how far are you getting, or where are you having an issue? What is the journey you're looking to book, or what services? Is it a case you can't select them on the timetable screen, or is it failing later on? I'd suggest providing a bit more detail than you have if you want people to be able to compare their experiences.

Most likely case here is someone trying to create an account with an email address which is already registered, so try the forgot password option

When completeing the form do not use the return key, click through the fields and click the final button to submit

Yes it's an account registration issue, I fill in the details but it doesn't accept them, it asks me to try "alternative credentials", I can only supply my own credentials

I've tried what you suggested, no difference I'm afraid

Have you ever had an account with them before? Can you take a screenshot of the page with the error on it.

Yes they do.1850366222. Surely the first thing you would do if you had an issue with their site is to ring them about it not ask on here.

No need to be harsh. The op didn't know they sold them over the phone at the online price. And why not ask here? They've been given good advice.

Hope this works, never done a screenshot before

I get this after submitting all the correct details

wasnt meant to sound harsh. Surely if you think there is a problem with their site and you are trying to book tickets then the best thing to do is to ring them and ask if there is a problem. Advice given on here is nearly 9 hours after the OP posted it. Just for the record i'm not having a go at the OP .

I may have hearing issues which make this option difficult

I'll try create an account this evening and let you know how I get on. Are you creating an account first and then booking tickets, or the other way round.

I was able to create an account just there. It has to be something on your end. Can try a different device when trying to register?
