Painting/filling cracks.

I'm painting a room at the moment and have come across a few hairline cracks . I will be using a light coloured paint ( not sure which one yet ) so I don't want to be able to see the repair through the paint. Q: What filler should I use Thanks

Hairline cracks are tricky-you could mix a bit of Polyfilla with some of your paint and use that. Or if there were a lot of hairline cracks, I'd take the plaster off the wall and reskim it.
