Anne Kirkbride AKA Deirdre Barlow Passes Away RIP

I was just after reading the other day how a big corrie actor/actress would be leaving for good. I am so shocked to hear there will be no more Deirdre Barlow in the show. She was such an incredible character and has so many famous scenes that no one will ever forget.

Anyone have any good memories of the actress/character.

im quite shocked to hear this. ive just posted on another thread that my earliest Corrie memory was her in hospital after having Tracy..sitting up in bed and checking her cot.

It's such sad news. A face of been familiar with since I was in nappies.

Went out for a little walk tonight after hearing the news and thought back on the many storylines and iconic moments Anne had as Deirdre on Coronation Street.
