Retest Nct Query

I went for an Nct test today and the guy seemed extremeley thorough first said my omissions were very high but he menaged to get them to the acceptable level. also said there was play in the steering wheel which will probably get worse but not enough to fail,

then said one of my head lights were very high he reckoned the bulb was in wrong even though my mechanic said when i got them done they were perfect ,

and i got anti roll bar bushes and links with the links highlighted, Ps : its on the passenger rear side is this an expensive job ?

Just wondering on a retest is it just the items that fail that they look at ?

Yes, on retest they only check failed items

You should do both sides when changing them, if you can fit them yourself it should only cost about €20

i have to get a mechanic to do it so was just wondering how long it takes and how much

i wil be getting rid of it by august
