Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Business Management Software.

    I have been working on business management software for some time. I have already sold this to 3 or 4 clients and they love it and use it every day for their businesses. But these are very specialised systems for specific businesses and I would like to build a general system with everything on it.

    I am looking to find out what sort of features regular businesses might want to see on a CRM on the computer first thing in the morning. So you come into work, open the computer, click on the Company Management System. What features do you want to have available to you? Do you want to see figures? Daily planner? Customers? Orders? What is most important to your business?

    Also what other aspects of your business would you like to put on the computer? I know some businesses find it very hard to let go of their specialised ways of doing things. But we have helped clients put their entire business on the computer and it works better for them now as everything is linked together in their computer system.

    I would love to get some feedback on this.
