Hi, Mine existing insulation is about 150-200mm between joist rockwool blown insulation.
Any point to add extra 100mm between joist (if it fitt because could be too high) or across joist about 100-150mm Knauf?
    Thanks

Yes, it would definitely be worth it. Attic insulation is usually the cheapest and easiest way of reducing heating costs.

A new house would typically have 300-400mm depth insulation in the attic which would be a good target.

You will have to lay the additional insulation across (perpendicular to) the joists but don't compress it as that reduces its effectiveness.
Similarly, don't store anything on top of it. If you need storage space in attic it's best to install a raised timber platform so that the insulation remains undisturbed.
