Just wondered anyone who trains a lot ,what do try to eat or take to have energy and help body recover.
I used to do weights a lot and knew what to take and eat for that, but not so sure about cardio like squash.
Would a protein drink after training and matches be a good idea, any other ideas to stop getting strains and worn out?
I do warm up stretch and all that. I take a salts drink after if I sweat a lot, I play 3 days a week about 5 hrs in total, 2 2 hour training sessions and one match a week.
