    Hi,

Living in Donegal and have lost almost all my channels. I don't get net 2, just rte, 3e and utv ireland. I used to get all the bbc channels etc on air but just can't get nothing now. Any idea what the problem might be?

It says its picking up over 37 channels but they're all appreaing black.

Can I use the channel transfer option to transfer a list of channels onto the tv?

    Thanks for your help!

Probably to do with your aerial, &/or its related cables, connections, distribution related components.

Is your aerial outside? Recent weather will have given it a tough time.

Could even just be a dodgy connector right at the TV, & that would be a good place to start looking for problems, once you've established the aerial hasn't blown down. Could also reveal water getting into cables.

They have loads of blank channels making it difficult to find the actual channels. Keep flicking through until you find them, they could be up in the 850s. Try to sort them, deleting the blank ones and moving them (if you can) to a more useful place.

Having 3e & UTV Ireland, means you will have all the Saorview channels at least, somewhere in the list. As mentioned in the previous post, look through all the 'test' services.

BBC, UTV NI etc. are part of Freeview, the UK terrestrial service. Did you have these until lately?

In a Donegal location an aerial fault may be the cause of the loss of the Freeview stations from a more distant transmitter. All the Saorview ones should be there as the previous poster said, look around the 800+ channels.
