    Hi everybody,

I have a flush wall mounted toilet and it came off the wall...!

It has a large pipe at the bottom... main pipe and a smaller pipe above it. No water is coming out of it, except for the little bit of residue water that was left.

The smaller top pipe has a connector pipe shaped like an L and it was very lose. I tried remounting it but the L shaped connector pipe came off. I found it inside the wall and reattached it firmly. When pressing it inside the pipe it suppose to connect to inside the wall, water comes out (only when applying pressure!)

The toilet only seems to need to be connected with two bolts at the top? They are currently sticking out of the wall --- can someone please confirm:

I just have to lift up the toilet and place it on these bolts that are sticking out + also make sure to connect the main pipe and little pipe?

Thank you very much in advanced!

I think you'll have to post a few photos before anyone can give advice apart from call a plumber

Thank you. I will call a plumber just in case the bowl breaks or the pipes break or something like that.

How did it fall off the wall there usually bolted on. The large pipe is the soil pipe and the small pipe is the flush pipe. First make sure it's not cracked anywhere so as it doesn't cause a serious accident when refitted. It's not too difficult once you are sure you can make a good seal on both pipes. Then just tighten it into place using nuts. Hand tight and a little more is all that's needed. If in doubt get a Plumber.

Thank you! It fell off while setting on it - there is no damage anywhere. The pipes are not sealed it just looks like they slot into each other.

Yes they both just push on. The small pipe sometimes has a rubber shroud which helps to hold it in place. The large one sometimes needs a piece of timber placed behind it so that it can't push back when you push them together. when together just run the nuts on by hand and leave or a 1/4 turn with a spanner. anymore might snap the pan as it's a weak point there.
Check for leaks before sealing up again.
