    DESCRIPTION/LOCATION: Large old semi-detached house, quiet estate near Salthill village, 2 minutes from main Salthill bus stop, 20 minutes walk to city centre.

    RENT & DEPOSIT: €330/month includes rent, electricity and cable tv. Deposit of one months rent required.

    PARKING: Private parking for 1 car.

    Bright, fairly large front facing room, 2 large windows, double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer desk and sink.

    Small kitchen, large dining room, sitting room, separate washroom with washing machine. OFCH. Large rear garden.

    Prefer someone aged over 30. Rent allowance not accepted.
