Emirates Lost luggage query

    Hi all,

    not sure if this is the right place to be posting this but a family members luggage was delayed today as the flight was 40 mins late so they had to rush to the connecting flight, emirates have said the luggage will arrive tomorrow but im worried its misplaced. Are emirates usually good with this kind of thing? will we have to go back to the airport again tomorrow to collect it, how does the system work?

    I would expect it's in safe hands, such huge volumes of Emirates traffic is connections and hundreds of bags are likely delayed every week.

    Airlines usually deliver the baggage to your door, did you not get information from EK such as a tracking number etc?
