    Commissioner of Police ,Government of Anguilla

    We are seeking a highly motivated, suitably qualified and experienced senior police officer, or recently retired police officer, with strong senior police officer competencies in Serving the Public, Leading Strategic Change, Leading the Workforce, Managing Performance, Professionalism, Decision Making and Working with Others.

    The contract will provide inter alia for:

    - a salary of up to c.EC$180k (c.£44k) p.a., depending on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, and benefitting from favourable tax rates;

    - a relocation grant and economy air travel for the successful applicant and dependant family members at the beginning and end of contract (if not currently based in Anguilla);

    - if applicable, a housing allowance (c.EC$3.5k - c.GBP800 - per month);

    - a car and mobile phone subsidy;

    - fixed term contract 5 years (of which one year is a probationary period).
