Redbubble shipping?

    Has anyone any experience with redouble? I ordered a t shirt from them on the 31st of December, says 5-15 shipping time, comes from the US like. Its now the 18th, nearly the 19th, and I've had nothing, order number on the website just says 'manufactured and shipped' and when I googled redbubble shipping problems, I discovered this isn't just me, lots of people have had this trouble with them. Any advice?

    I've only used them once about 9months ago and the tshirt was too big, I asked them about returning it and they said "keep it and give it to someone as a present" and they sent me the smaller size for free! both arrived fairly promptly.

    Hi,
    I ordered from Redbubble this time last year, it took almost 4 weeks for my t-shirt to arrive.
    I emailed them they were very helpful but would't know the t-shirt arrived the same day as I sent the email.

    I've emailed their support twice now, through the contact us bit on their own page, got a confirmation email they'd heard from me, but no reply.

    I know its months since this was posted but I'm having similar problems with an order that hasn't arrived. I can't get replies from customer service......they seem useless and really hard to contact. Anyone got any useful numbers or email addresses to pester?

    Yes I tried that and twitter but still waiting. Sôôoooo frustrating.....its a birthday present I odered mid April & it was supposedly shipped on 30th but no show. These companies should be compelled to have a local contact. I'd love the CEOs email address if anyone can find it?

    I think your supposed to wait 28 days (or is it 21?) before going back to customer service, apparently they're pretty good with refunds then.

    To be honest I don't want a refund - the item is for a present and it is mainly sentimental value. Thanks for reply. Do you know what rebubble's reputation is like? This is my first time ordering from them and so far service is useless.

    I've never heard too many negative things about them, except for long shipping times outside the US.
