Have a Samsung LE46A656A1FXXU which came out about six years ago. No plans to update it as it works grand, but wondering if I could get a CI module for it that I could view the Saorview with? Currently it only has MPEG2, so sound only, no picture. Could get a Saorview box, but thought I'd check if it's possible to source a CI card that would allow me to watch MPEG4 stuff?

I'm assuming I'd be looking for a Polish module?

No, get a Saorview approved box. CI modules are not suitable at all.

External box or new TV. CI modules don't work. They were for SD MPEG4 pay services that in UK never happened (e.g. picnic). They have very limited use anywhere, overheat and can never manage HD channels.
