When is UL going to sort out the terrible online systems they have

I had to send my transcript to my employer, log into the SI portal (that looks like it was built in the 1950's) and the transcript is a webpage that you have to copy and paste into a text file.

Then I was filling out my post-coop learning outcome form and when I had submitted it and pressed the print option it was all wiped and I had to start it again

Now results are being delayed and no reason provided.

Because hitting ctrl +a then ctrl + v is soooo difficult. Also a reason was given why the results are delayed

"Due to on-going review of the Student Records System..."

It's a reason but not a very good one imo...

And post coop learning outcome... you took that seriously... you could do it in 10 mins. No one reads it.

Did I say hitting ctrl + A and ctrl + v was difficult. What sort of university does not have transcripts in a clean PDF file that looks even the slightest bit professional. Instead we have tables built using "+-|" symbols.

Does it matter if I took it seriously or not ? The point is the tools don't work properly.

The "+-|" symbols are used on every transcript I have seen outside of UL. And it is the exact same if you go into SAA and request a printed copy of your transcript.

Ah they do work grand. You were just the unlucky 0.01% that the system acted weird for! :D
