    Hi, quick question.

Has anyone here gone throw the process to get this Australian Recognised Trade Certificate?

I've had my Irish trade recognised by Victoria University for immigration purposes but while looking for a new job I see a lot of employers are only accepting ARTC
It's a money making racket I'm pretty sure, Im just keen to hear from anyone that's done it or knows a bit about it.
I'm pretty sure most of the paperwork I have already gathered and submitted for trade assessment should cover me

    TIA

    I never bothered doing it.

I've worked for 2 of the big miners here and they both accept the cert I got for my immigration.

It'll cost me over $2k to get the other cert and I've better things to be spending my money on
