Kefalonia holiday

I would like to go to Kefalonia this summer for a family holiday. Can you get direct flights from Dublin/Belfast or any other Irish Airport? If we do get there I would like a resort that is family friendly but not to kids club. Somewhere that has nice beaches that are good for small children (3 & 1) and nice restaurants.…
