Hi all,

This has probably been asked a hundred times on here, basically an opportunity has presented itself for a steady income to drive a wheelchair accessible taxi, id have to go through the process of getting spsv licence and certs etc. But before I start I have 3 penalty points on my licence, (its an NI licence) is there any point in taking it further, has anybody applied with points before and been successful? They are for use of a mobile phone. Any advice?
