    How do you calculate the kW needed for a ceiling cassette system. Area is 400 cubic m

    The principles include the following.
    You need to know the expected load, one measure is cooling degree days which is location based
    Then what aspect is the building, eg is it all south facing with floor to ceiling glazing and no blinds or sun shading.
    Then you need to consider whst comfort level is expected, if the unit is sized for max output, the airflow might be such thst staff will complain.
    Then is there any additional loading such as servers, computers, printers etc or kitchen equipment
