Hi,

I have a friend using 3 Mobile as a home internet provider. Her contract is about to end and she wants something faster. She was using a dongle at first but this proved to be very slow with long delays if watching Youtube videos or simply using Facebook. 3 then sent out a modem but it was no better.

This service cost €22.50 per month for 15GB. A speed test shows:
Download speed: 0.33mbps
Upload speed: 0.27 mbps

Would she have to pay much more for a better service and if so can anyone recommend something faster? Her budget is under €35 per month. She lives in a big enough town so its not exactly an island 10 miles off the coast, the signal should be much better!
