Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does the grade acquired in a masters really matter to employers. Or will it matter more about your experience and the subjects covered?

So the only thing that matters is the grade acquired?

I'm sure grades do matter to a certain degree. Employers will take your grade into account. I know many places who hire people with a 2.1 over those with a 1.1. Grades aren't always everything. If you're a well rounded person you'll do well. But obviously if you have a 1.1 and are a well rounded person, well, that's even better :)

Many Masters are awarded on a pass / fail basis so generally when an actual grade is awarded it's less important to an employer than a grade for someone with only an undergrad degree would be.
