I just read this excellent piece on postpartum depression and thought it worth posting here. I'm blessed that I haven't suffered thank God but anyone who does has my utmost sympathy as I know being a new Mum can carry huge pressure and what is 'expected' of us in terms of behaviour and emotions etc. I think the article is very honest and insightful and hopefully may help anyone who is feeling like this and may need some help xx
