    Anyone here have any recent experience with CS in dell? Recently bought a computer, ordered with virus protection installed. When received no virus protection installed, contacted cs rep that handled order and she kept saying its preloaded on machine. Asked ok where is it installed and why cant i find it. Im not an idiot know how to find software when loaded on machine. Have dealt with a few agents in dell they are not helpfull have no clue and now wont even answer emails. They have charged for software and not supplied. Word of advice is dont deal with these people!!!

    What antivirus was meant to have been installed?
