    What you think about price roughly 5M 50 cm Width and going out 4M 75cm ?

    In and around 40k for a finished project. Allowing for builders going through the house etc.

    Depending on spec of finishes that figure could go up a lot or down slightly.

    Depends on the finished article. I've just spent 7.5k on rear doors and glass. The OP might just go with a standard door and window.

    Allow roughly €1500 per square meter and the op is building 26 Sq. M. Which is about 39k.
