Custom Remington 700 .308 in an Accuracy International AX stock

put this bad boy together about 18 months ago and its been sitting in the safe for 12 months. Joined the midlands with the best of intentions but an expanding business leaves me with no time to enjoy the luxury of long range shooting. AX bought from brand new (have receipt) and has been shot twice since it went on. Im not willing to split the rig its an all or nothing sale. Im not interested in swapping as another rifle or hunting gear is not what i need. the specs are as follows

.308 fully custom action, 20MOA rail, flat earth ceracoat, fluted bolt knob, is in an Accuracy International AX stock, Jewel trigger, sonic mod, 26" lother walther barrel.

just to add, have had a few people asking. i could be in a position to accept a decent down payment and wait an agreed amount of time for the balance. the rifle will be left with a gun dealer when the deposit is paid and will be released after final payment.
