Checked out a ferry trip to France which came in at ~€280 for ferry, van and a 2star no window cabin, but then noticed there was a 10% off voucher if you book early.

I redid the booking, but this time included the discount code. Shocked to see the base price was more expensive than without the 10% discount, and the cabin rates were €59! Without the discount the cabins were €32.
Overall cost with the 10% discount applied was €330.

These were for the exact same dates, exact same times, exact same ferry. Was hoping I could apply the discount code afterwards, and get 10% off €280, but it seems the discount code can only be applied during the initial search.

Normal booking:
Ferry to france €111.50
Ferry from france €111.50
Cabin €32 *2
Total: ~€287

10% off booking
Ferry to france €123
Ferry from france €123
Cabin €59 *2
Total: ~€330 including 10% off

1
