Leasing land after potato crop

I have 17 acres that i let out in 2014 to a potato grower this land was reseeded in September i am going to lease it again this year and was wondering would it be better for the field just to let it for a silage cut or two rather than for grazing.Sheep wouldn't be an option due to the fencing and scarcity in this area.Also…
