How long dose it take for a medical negligence case to be settled, where you already have consultants report from England and been told by your solicitor that the hospital won't even fight the litigation, they were so in the wrong?

    Impossible to say

It would help if the Defendants do admit liability, as your solicitor suggests they will.

However in med neg cases there does not seem to be culture of admitting anything.

    Good luck

It impossible to say how long it will take for a case to settle.

    Some cases do not settle.

OP, if you have a solicitor and if you have already been told that liability is not an issue, then you should ask him/her instead of asking questions on the web.
