Is there a jailbreak or cydia tweak or something similar that will allow you to see who the snapchat was sent to? Example if you recieve a snapchat, is there a way to see if you where the only one who the snapchat was sent to or if it was sent to others? Thanks.

Nope, there's no other way of seeing who got the snap apart from yourself if you are receiving it.
