Auto electrics repair Galway area

anyone know of a good, reasonably priced mechanic to fix electrics on seat cordoba 05? the passenger window doesn't open and now the rear door wont open either. one mechanic tried but said it would take time/money to fix. I'm thinking of just leaving it but NCT is due in a couple of months. Any help/suggestions appreciated.
