LIT college accomodation

Hoping to go to LIT next year.. I'm looking at cratloe and thomond student villages but unsure which to go for My cousin stayed in cratloe and said it was better but just wanted to hear everybody else's opinions.. thanks

So much for other peoples opinion xD
I am looking for DIGS quite close to LIT myself, like Mayorstone, Merval Drive or even Ashbrook.
I am welcome to anything you might know but preferably the rent would be no more than €100, I am willing to buy and prepare my own food.
