S5 Battery query

just got a new S5 and im just wondering if i got one with a dud battery or if its the same for everyone?? Its been on since 7am this morning and i have only 24% remaining. i would consider my usage today at moderate; bit of browsing, couple of videos and 10-15 mins of gaming. i would have expected better out of a new…

Its been on since 7am this morning and i have only 24% remaining. i would consider my usage today at moderate; bit of browsing, couple of videos and 10-15 mins of gaming.

i would have expected better out of a new phone. when i got my old S3 the battery would easily last for a couple of days even with this type of usage!

any opinions??

Did you do any tweaking? Turn off the usual suspects that cause battery drain. Lower settings etc. Did you check what apps are using up the battery in the battery settings?
