Hey, I often see a group running in Sean Moore park at lunchtime during the week. Does anyone know anything about this group? Are they a club etc and can anyone join them? Thanks

They are a group coached by one well known Coach ,and a lot of the athletes are members of different clubs. Lots of very good runners but I am pretty certain that you can drop down , introduce yourself and he will look after you .
