Aux Contact sticking?

    Hi guys,

This evening I noticed the boiler firing even though neither of the stats where calling for heat. I don't have a frost stat so I took a look at the motorized valves they're Danfoss HPA2 and a continuity check across the aux contact with the stat turned down for both was positive on one of the valves.

Working the manual lever on the valve eventually opened the contacts and the continuity check failed. The valve was quite warm too just wondering am I right? A stuck contact would cause the boiler to run when no being called right? If so do these fail like this?

    Thanks,

edit: Just to add the valve is opening and closing ok it's just that contact that appears to be sticking

Thanks for that replacing it looks straight forward enough. Anyone know what I can expect to pay for one?
