Renault megane aircon/heating

    Hey!
    The heating/aircon in my 05 renault megane has stopped working recently, one day it was working fine and the next there was absolutely nothing blowing on any settings. Since then there is loads of moisture in the car and the windows are misting non stop...The only thing I can do is leave the window open slightly. I really can't keep doing this though...its getting far too cold and I usually have the baby in the car with me.
    In the last few days I have noticed a small bit of air blowing on the highest fan setting but not enough to make any difference to demisting the windows.
    Any one have any ideas?

    Also have a 05 Megane.

    Before Christmas the heater & fan stopped working for about 3 weeks before starting to work again. Yesterday it stopped working again. Was wondering if there is an easy fix.

    Does your car have a rotary control for the fan (usually 4 positions) or is it electronic where you press a button and the speed increases or decreases step by step .
    If it has a rotary control you often lose the first 3 speeds - the fan only works on the top speed . Problem is resistor pack .
    If it has the 'electronic control' the problem is usually a unit in the dash .
    I changed one in a Scenic some time back - cost about €150 (main dealer only) and quite a bit of dismantling of the dash to fit it :(.

    It is a rotary control system; and have lost all 4 speeds.
