    hi . Was wondering do speeding fines come in registered post ? Received a letter today by registered post unexpectedly and wasn't here to collect it.

    Not normally, unless something has changed. A summons might though.

    Not expecting one but only thing I could think of . I'm on the road a lot with work . Could prizes bond wins be registered post?

    Could it be work related? Some places with dispersed staff use registered letters as a proof they communicated with an employee on a sensitive matter.

    Unpaid fines could come by registered post, or maybe someone sent you money!!
