Salaries are always quoted in gross, net depends on each employees tax credits, marital status etc

    WHAT? NO UNION FEES??????????

I pay union levy AND a branch levy (our office rep and crew) effectively I pay the Monkey AND the organ grinder. (which is which I don't know, as one doesn't over-rule the other if one is wrong, and leave you in S*** )

You can opt out of union, there is no statue that states you have to be a member of a trade union.

I know, but it's better to be in it than not in my work, but do have to poke them with a stick to get them working for you..
