Enterprise will rent so long as you're over 25 and have a full licence and a credit card, visa debit is a no go. You'll need to bring N plates if you haven't held a licence for 2 years.

Last time I rented with them they told me they would take visa debut but they needed a few days to organize with the insurer. So unless that has changed in recent months I assume it still stands. I'm not sure if you need credit card if you take full insurance though. Again calm and ask I've always found them to be really good on the.phone for info.

Just went and checked the card.... https://www.enterprise.ie/car_rental/debitCard.do

My local branch has an Astra for €95 from tomorrow to Monday, dirt cheap.
