    Can someone link the story of this from Runners World. Gary OHanlon was involved in this charity event and they smashed the previous best . 1.56 ish avg 400m leg of 66 secs. 104 runners I think. Pretty darn good.

    Good craic and a brilliant atmosphere on the day. Great to see a fella of Liam Reale's calibre (1:48 800, 3:38 1500, 4:00.78 mile and 8:11 3k) running the last lap.
